Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. For cancellations made seven days prior to the tour, a full refund is provided. Cancellations made within 3 days are subject to a 50% refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In cases of flight delays or illness, we will work with you to reschedule your tour or provide a partial refund, depending on the situation.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa-Mastercard), and “PayPal”. We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking, and the remaining balance is due 1 day before your tour. We also offer flexible installment plans for those who prefer to spread out their payments.
